Job Description
– Internal auditing for the operation based on BSP standard
– Issue internal policies based on BSP standard
– Establish internal operation based on BSP standard
– Take care of auditing from HQ and BSP
– Legal check for contracts with vendors
– Handle director meeting every 3 months
– Training compliance session
- Plans and performs audits and develops recommendations to improve business processes
controls, efficiencies, and effectiveness to ensure the university is following applicable regulations.
- Performs quality assurance reviews; makes recommendations for quality assurance and
improvement programs.
- Participates in risk assessments.
- Provides guidance to mitigate potential risks or conflict.
- Informs clients of risk, makes recommendations to resolve risk, and consults with departments
- Develops methodologies and monitoring strategies.
- Prepares reports and may present findings to a variety of constituents or audiences.
- Assists in the design and implementation of communications pertaining to area of specialty.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets information and data to prepare recommendations.
- Draws conclusions and makes recommendations for changes or resolutions.
- Stays abreast of current activities and trends.
- Coordinates with internal and external agencies.
Develops and delivers training.
- Serves as a resource and offers guidance in the area of specialization.
- Manages projects and provides work direction for others.
- Supervises lower-level staff in the area of expertise.
