Job Description
Job Duties:
- Supervises and/or performs audits according to approved programs
- Assists in special audits and fraud investigations
- Monitors business units’ actions on audit findings
- Assists in audit plan preparation, policy review, and internal control evaluation
- Evaluates audit procedures and suggests improvements
- Assesses subordinates’ performance, provides feedback, and identifies training needs
- Aids in recruitment and selection of new employees
- Stays updated on regulatory requirements and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA and/or CIA preferred
- 5 years of internal audit experience with supervisory role exposure
- Experience in construction industry advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office, Acumatica system knowledge beneficial
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
