Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Internal Audit Manager. As the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing effective internal controls and audit procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing an internal audit plan that covers all significant areas of the organization.
- Conducting risk assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of controls.
- Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
- Managing and leading a team of auditors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Preparing audit reports with findings and recommendations for management review.
- Coordinating external audits and acting as a liaison with auditors.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field and relevant professional certifications are also required.
