Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Internal Audit Staff to join our team. The Internal Audit Staff will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance processes.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential areas of risk exposure and develop audit plans accordingly.
- Document audit findings in clear and concise audit reports.
- Participate in process improvement and automation.
- Recommend controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
- Assist with external audit activities as needed.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience as Internal Auditor.
- Strong understanding of internal control concepts and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with ISO standards.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Immediate availability.
