Job Description
We are currently seeking an Internal Audit Staff to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also assist in the development and implementation of audit plans, perform audit tests, and present findings to management.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in the development of audit programs and conduct audit tests based on established procedures.
- Analyze and evaluate audit findings, and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Review company processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in internal auditing is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
