Job Description

Educational Background:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
• Advanced degrees such as a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master’s in Accounting can be advantageous.

Audit Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and managing internal audit engagements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of auditors.
• Experience in setting the strategic direction for the internal audit function and aligning it with organizational objectives.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks, evaluate controls, and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior management and the board.
• In-depth understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, accounting standards, and industry regulations affecting the organization.
• Proficiency in using audit management software, data analytics tools, and other relevant technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process.
• Adherence to high ethical standards and integrity, as internal auditors play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing internal controls.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide practical solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th-month salary
