Job Description
Shopee is in search of an experienced Internal Controls Analyst to become a key member of our People team based in Manila, Philippines. This critical role aims to enhance our organizational processes and policies, thereby reducing financial risks.
Your primary responsibilities will involve evaluating the adequacy of processes, performing data analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing initiatives derived from audit findings, and maintaining up-to-date dashboards and reports for management review.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
