Job Description
We are seeking an Internal Recruitment Specialist to oversee end-to-end hiring for internal positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates while advancing internal mobility and employer branding.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies and manage employee referral programs
- Coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure efficient onboarding
- Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Communicate with stakeholders to support career development and internal transfers
