Job Description
In this role, your duties and tasks will primarily include:
- Ensuring that gaming activities are conducted in compliance with laws and regulations, monitoring players to identify anyone engaging in illegal activities or cheating.
- Maintaining security by monitoring cameras and using electronic surveillance equipment to identify potential threats to guests or staff members.
- Responding to incidents such as theft, violence, or vandalism by contacting law enforcement officials or using security measures such as surveillance cameras, panic buttons, or security guards.
- Inspecting identification cards to ensure only authorized individuals are allowed entry into the poker house.
- Enforcing gambling regulations to ensure fair play at all times.
- Monitoring activity on the casino floor to identify any potential criminal activity or security breaches.
- Checking identification cards of guests who wish to enter to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for gambling or entering a casino.
- Intervening in situations where disturbances or disturbances likely to occur, in order to prevent injuries or property damage.
- Maintaining records of all security-related activities, such as theft reports and footage from security cameras.
