Job Description
Viatechnik Inc. is seeking an experienced International Building Code Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will review construction documents for compliance with International Building Codes, conduct audits, and provide solutions to construction issues. Responsibilities include interpreting building codes, conducting research, and preparing detailed reports.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 5 to 7 years of experience, and be familiar with IBC and other US codes. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other software is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are crucial.
