Job Description
- Assignment Management: Oversee and manage STA and LTA processes in APAC and EMEA.
- System Expertise: Utilize Assignment Pro and Workday, with experience as an architect in Assignment Pro preferred.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with mobility vendors.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate insights and reports using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Policy and Process Execution: Provide policy orientation and counseling.
- Project Implementation: Lead global project implementations and ensure quality assurance.
- Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Optimize mobility processes for efficiency.
- Experience: 3-5 years in international mobility, with systems knowledge in Assignment Pro and Workday.
- Ticketing Tools: Minimum 3 years using ServiceNow for issue management.
- Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing mobility vendors.
- Data Skills: Strong analytical skills using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Policy and Process: Experience in policy orientation and executing mobility processes.
- Project Management: Operational experience in global project implementation.
