Job Description
As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and evaluating top talent from around the world to fill key positions within our organization. Your primary duties will include conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
You must have a strong understanding of global recruitment trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in international recruitment and knowledge of employment laws in various countries are highly desirable.
