Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for an exciting internship opportunity in our HR department. As an intern in the Talent & Excitement team, you will have the chance to learn and contribute to various aspects of human resources management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new employee documentation and coordinating orientation programs.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by assisting in the organization of team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
- Participate in HR projects such as performance management, employee training, and development.
- Assist in updating and maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
