Job Description
The Inventory Analyst position at Golden East Drive Laboratories, Inc. is crucial in ensuring that the proper inventory is maintained in all warehouse locations. The incumbent will play a key role in implementing and monitoring procedures to guarantee integrity and accuracy in inventory movement. They will also assist management in developing and implementing an audit program for all inventory-related areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Validation and recording of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Recording of inter-kitchen transfers (different outlets and Yong-A stores)
- Recording of Staff meals (per department)
- Recording of Monthly Depreciation of Assets
- Recording of ending inventory of different warehouses and consolidated ending inventory of different outlets (Valuation of items)
- Live animal inventory
- Conducting Inventory of Actual Count
- Reconciliation of inventory accruals
- Preparing BS Schedule of Fixed Assets and Accrued inventory for FS presentation
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy/Accounting Technology/Accounting Management or Financial Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Inventory Analyst
- Willingness to be assigned in San Mateo Rizal
