Job Description
Provides support to Product Costing and Inventory Accounting Supervisor.
- Monitors, updates, and maintains inventory reports, input cost based on supporting invoice.
- Prepares and submits an inventory discrepancy report (if any).
- Ensures documents of all inventory movements (receiving, delivery, stock transfer, CM/DM) are duly acknowledged and approved.
- Ensures and monitors that all delivery receipts are returned and confirmed by clients.
- Checks, monitors, and updates the correct unit cost and selling price of each SKU.
- Prepares and submits credit/debit memos for any adjustments on inventory purchases.
- Stores, manages, tracks, scans, organizes, and maintains inventory-related documents.
- Performs other relevant responsibilities necessary for the business.
