Job Description
DHL Supply Chain, a global leader in contract logistics, seeks an Operations & Quality Coordinator to support site operations and quality assurance.
Responsibilities include overseeing shift turnover and DMS, ensuring timely RCA and One Pager submissions, maintaining approved work instructions (JSA/FMEA), promoting near‑miss reporting, investigating quality findings and shipment discrepancies, generating operational reports (EAP, snapshot, in‑transit, end‑shift), and supporting mock recalls and CAPA closure. The role requires monitoring productivity, attendance reliability, and PNDSTD staging issues.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree, experience in inventory management and reconciliation, strong quality assurance and reporting skills, proficiency with MS Excel, investigative aptitude, and willingness to work onsite at LISP 1, Pulo, Cabuyao, Laguna.
