Job Description
Familiarize all products and product-related information such as; parts names, parts descriptions and functionalities, parts code or parts number system, parts brands and models, and other related product details.
Generate the Pick List from the system and forward the same to the Inventory personnel.
Post the Pick List according to priority and inform all urgent orders to the department head and Delivery personnel.
Monitor and control supplies of warehouse unit and prepare requests for those depleted stocks according to monthly consumption.
Check actual stock by preparing necessary stock adjustments and by attaching the required documents needed to justify the stock adjustment report.
Consolidate all served delivery receipts and invoices and forward the same to the Sales unit.
Manage all records and files with utmost confidentiality such as; Binning List, Binning List Returns, Stock Adjustment Report, etc.
