Job Description
Welcome Worldwide Inc. is actively seeking a diligent Inventory Assistant to oversee order processing and foster strong relationships with our customers. The primary responsibilities of this role include efficiently processing orders, delivering accurate information, and swiftly resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify sales orders on a daily basis.
- Monitor customer portals for incoming purchase orders.
- Oversee the entire order processing cycle from request to delivery.
- Address pricing and order inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain oversight of delivery schedules and monitoring.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month
