Job Description
Objective: To ensure that the commissary has raw materials and packaging materials at optimal levels at all times
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ordering ingredients, small wares, and equipment through Purchasing Department (SAP: Purchase Request)
- Logging incoming receivables in SAP under Goods Receipt Purchase Order and Incoming Materials Receipt
- Encoding all transactions in SAP (Goods Receipt PO, Goods Issue, Inventory Transfer)
- Coordinating rejects with the Purchasing Department and suppliers
- Tracking inventory daily, raising red flags as needed, handling month-end inventory
- Preparing and submitting reports
- Other duties as assigned
Relevant Skills:
- Inventory management
- Organized with keen attention to detail
- Experience in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
- Experience in SAP or any other database
- Immediate availability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
