Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Accurately encode inventory data into the system, including product details, quantities, and locations.
• Update inventory records to reflect changes in stock levels, sales, and returns.
• Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with the procurement team for stock replenishment.
• Generate reports on inventory status, sales performance, and product availability.
• Collaborate with the sales team for accurate recording of sales transactions and order processing.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales invoices and maintaining customer records.
• Follow procedures to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in inventory management and sales processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in inventory management or related roles preferred.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Excel and MS Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
