Department: Production Department
Position Title: Inventory Controller
Directly reports to: Plant Officer-In-Charge
JOB SUMMARY:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for receiving and processing stock and materials. He/she manages the inventory and conducts daily warehouse inspections. He ensures working environments are clean and safe for workers. He/she promotes efficiency and customer satisfaction through strict compliance with standards and regulations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily warehouse monitoring.
- Prepare issuance of tools/materials and equipment.
- Conduct inspection of tools and equipment to ensure that there are no defects and damages on a timely manner.
- Record and manage damaged merchandise items.
- Prepare the list for borrowed items and arrange items that will be used.
- Receive and check deliveries.
- Conduct daily inventories for materials, consumables, and equipment.
- Secure permits for deliveries and pull outs.
- Perform any tasks that may be given from time to time by the Department Head.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (Skills, Knowledge etc.):

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any 2 or 4-year related course
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduate or at least 1-year working experience in a relevant field
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Document controller experience is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
