Job Description
Scope of Work
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock.
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
- Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
- Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
- Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- Maintaining databases of all records, including inventory, pricing, and purchases.
- Other functions that may be assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work on extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
