Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Purchasing Officer to manage stock levels and procurement activities that support uninterrupted operations. The successful candidate will monitor inventory, forecast demand, place purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate timely deliveries while maintaining accurate records and cost controls.
- Monitor inventory and forecast requirements using inventory systems/ERP
- Issue and track purchase orders; negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
- Maintain accurate documentation and optimize purchasing costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and improve processes
Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory or procurement, diploma or degree in supply chain or business preferred, strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
