Job Description
Position: Inventory Specialist
- Responsible for the authorized issuance, return of assets, acquisition, storage, movement, and disposal.
- In-charge of securing master copies of software, documentation, data, licenses, and agreements for supply, warranty, and maintenance.
- Ensures that there are no unauthorized assets.
- Coordinates with the Asset Management team and other IT groups to achieve the committed SLA.
- Helps to improve all aspects of the Asset Management and Desktop Support functions continually.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational/Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in IT Inventory or Asset Management.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, even on weekends, holidays, and when needed.
- Must be willing to work in Davao City.
- Must be open for project-based employment contract for 1 year, guaranteed renewable.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
