Job Description
We are currently hiring an Inventory Staff to join our dynamic team. As an Inventory Staff, your main responsibility will be to manage and monitor inventory levels, ensure accuracy of stock records, and handle inventory adjustments. You will work closely with the warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and maintain optimal stock levels.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
- Handle stock adjustments and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and update inventory system
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to arrange stock replenishment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in inventory management preferred
- Proficient in using inventory management software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
