Job Description
DHL Supply Chain seeks an Inventory Supervisor to manage warehouse inventory and lead a high-performing team to meet KPI targets. The role oversees daily operations, monitors personnel, equipment, and processes, conducts cycle counts, tracks metrics, analyzes trends, and implements corrective actions.
- Supervise inventory accuracy, cycle counts, metrics, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate staffing, training, and operational compliance.
- Control budget and support recruitment and performance reviews.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, supervisory warehousing experience, strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of inventory processes, results-driven mindset, and immediate availability to start.
