Job Description
Qualifications:
- Retail/Warehouse experience is an advantage
- Graduate of four (4) year course preferably BS Financial Management, Statistics, Accountancy or any related course
Duties:
- Creating count batch schedule on WMS based on the cycle count program approved by Sr. LP Manager
- Assigning cycle count staff to perform the cycle count task
- Assigning the count audit task to another cycle supervisor for count of discrepancy
- Performing count audit, provided that he/she did not schedule the count
- Facilitate cycle count through WMS application, assigning and resuming of count task and progress monitoring.
- Analyzed and resolve inventory variances including negative on hand
- Prepare weekly/monthly flash report
- Performing spot audit
- Monitor and ensure timely adjustment of Store Use to be performed by Cycle Count Staff (e.g. supplies, Gas, Repairs and maintenance).
- Investigate transfer errors and prepare weekly Outbound Accuracy Report to be reviewed by Sr. LP Manager and for submission to SCD and SVP
- Performing Inbound Audit and prepare weekly Audit Report to be reviewed by Sr. LP Manager and send result to Inbound Managers, DC Manager and SCD.
- Performing audit of items for Disposal.
- Verifying items that are subject for receiving adjustments or PORA adjustment and perform necessary inventory adjustment in the system after confirming existence of receipt of discrepancy.
- Use equipment or gadget in carrying out duties and responsibilities with utmost care.
