Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Investment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in the screening, evaluation, and management of potential investments across various alternative asset classes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in screening and evaluating potential investments in private equity, venture capital, private debt, and other alternative investment opportunities.
• Facilitate communication and information gathering with founders and General Partners (GPs) to conduct thorough due diligence.
• Learn the team’s workflows and remain on top of responsibilities within that process to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment principles, and financial analysis.
• Hyper-organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple endeavors simultaneously.
• Keen interest in deepening knowledge of alternative investments and staying abreast of industry trends.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and showcasing a high level of self-initiative and motivation – we will ultimately trust you as a member of our team to play an integral role in decision-making processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills enable the ability to effectively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience or internship in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related financial services is preferred.
