Job Description
Invisible Agency seeks an Investment Operations Specialist to support onboarding and conversion plans to a client platform. Responsibilities include reviewing fund lineups, preparing fund applications, coordinating with Implementation and Investment teams, maintaining CRM records, and documenting procedures.
Ideal candidates possess knowledge of mutual funds, stable value products, collective investment trusts (CITs), and ETF settlement processes. We value proactive, analytical, and organized professionals with strong communication skills. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk or Jira is preferred. Familiarity with ERISA or recordkeeping systems is a plus.
- Hours: US Eastern Time, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Rate: $6/hour
