Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries from clients and partners regarding products and services.
- Handle investor inquiries and complaints.
- Conduct client servicing and sales campaigns.
- Communicate with clients in North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
- Provide accurate project updates and communications.
- Create investor updates and reports.
- Research industry trends and market data.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience; financial services experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
