Job Description
Responsible for encoding & issuance of invoices of all purchased item/s by the customer/s.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Daily Operations:
- Consistently follow company policies and procedures.
- Prepare & issue invoices, schedule deliveries, and update accounts.
- Encode daily Delivery Receipt, prepare reports for next-day delivery.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and accounts.
2. Customer Engagement:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Listen to customer needs and address complaints with understanding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Location: Our Home SM Clark
- Immediate start
