Job Description
Responsible for encoding & issuance of invoices of all purchased item/s by the customer/s.
Key Accountabilities:
- Consistently follow company policies.
- Prepare & issue invoices, schedule deliveries.
- Encode Delivery Receipt; Prepare Delivery Register & Collection Report.
- Check & update Accounts Receivables & Cash on Delivery.
- Follow up on Made To Order & pending deliveries.
Customer Engagement:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Acknowledge customers’ needs.
- Attend to complaints with understanding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Graduate of any 4-year course
– Good communication and organizational skills
– Assigned at Our Home SM Sta Rosa
– Can start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php479.00 per day
