Job Description
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all invoice postings & CMs/DMs.
- Coordinates with internal counterparts to resolve invoicing issues.
- Ensures complete & accurate posting of backload & invoice cancellation requests.
- Coordinates with warehouse personnel & dispatch team of partner company to obtain daily delivery summary.
- Performs daily & monthly reconciliation of invoiced volume in SAP vs. delivery summary & coordinates pending items to Supply team & concerned parties.
- Ensures all posted invoices are printed & endorsed to the messengers for transmittal to clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate uploading of prices
- Ensures all RPA are approved and properly documented
- Coordinates with internal counterparts to resolve pricing issues.
- Ensures timely and accurate declaration of prices needed for invoicing
- Performs weekly networkwide price adjustment
- Shares best practices & learnings to other team members.
- Assists in the formulation of process improvements for better efficiency.
- Supports in implementing projects related to Credit.
