Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an IP Telephony Application Support specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our IP telephony systems, with a particular focus on Microsoft Teams.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting end users with any issues or questions related to IP telephony and Microsoft Teams
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems that arise in the IP telephony system
- Collaborating with the IT team to implement enhancements and upgrades to the system
- Providing training and guidance to end users on how to effectively use IP telephony applications and Microsoft Teams
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in IP telephony systems and extensive experience with Microsoft Teams. Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to work well in a team are also essential.
