Job Description
- Performs Quality Assurance (QA) checks, adhering to SLAs and WPIs, and archives the QA outcome. Submits reports to stakeholders and attends validation meetings.
- Provides feedback for improvement, conducts root cause analysis, and identifies training needs for processing units.
- Analyzes outcomes of processing units for correctness on Risk Assessment/Identification. Ensures operational processes meet client needs and increase efficiency.
