Job Description
1. Keep the management informed by reporting to the top management how well, or how poorly, each department is performing in terms of building the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Keep the employees informed and guided by answering their questions regarding the given tasks.
3. Act as a liaison between the ISO consultants and the company management or employees by relaying information, queries, and concerns from the certification body to the company management or employees and vice versa.
4. Perform administrative duties by attending the meetings as required and preparing the minutes of the meeting.
5. Ensure consistency of documentation by working and collaborating with the employees.
6. Ensure accurate and complete records by filing as well as maintaining records and relevant documentation.
Manage responsibilities by ensuring that everyone meets the requirements.
