Job Description
IT Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the IT department. This includes providing technical assistance to users, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as project coordinator and point of contact for the IT department
- Manage hardware ordering process and coordinate inventory of IT assets
- Coordinate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Manage vendor invoices and work closely with the finance department
