Job Description
Ayuda Business Management Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated IT Admin to be the first contact for customers needing technical assistance. Responsibilities include remote troubleshooting of desktops, servers, printers, and connected devices, as well as performing OS updates and managing incident escalation.
Required skills include knowledge of Windows operating systems, O365, Active Directory, and experience with TCP/IP and printer connectivity. Familiarity with hospitality platforms such as PMS and POS is preferred. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities are essential.
The position is full-time with a salary range of Php35,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month.
