Job Description
Idealsearch Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented IT Admin Staff to manage office operations efficiently. Responsibilities include managing office supplies stock, preparing reports on expenses, maintaining company databases, organizing a filing system for important documents, and responding to queries from employees and clients. You will also be responsible for updating office policies, maintaining the company calendar, booking meeting rooms, and arranging travel. Additional duties include scheduling events and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of Php12,500.00 per month.
