QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s/Graduate of Computer, Business, or Management-related course
- Exposure in IT environment (Terminologies, Technologies, Methodologies, administration, procurement, vendor dealings)
- Excellent writer and verbal communication, highly organized with high attention to details
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
JOB OVERVIEW
The IT Administrative Staff is responsible for effectively dealing with day-to-day IT and related administrative operational issues, providing general support to users on available IT systems and administrative-related processes. This position requires a technically savvy individual who is extremely well-organized and adept at communicating with stakeholders across the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization, processing, and management of IT-related documentation
- Management and procurement of IT assets including hardware, software, and services
- Overall management and accounting of IT assets (hardware and software) including procurement, issuance, transfers, and retirement/disposal
- Technical support to users for systems, hardware, network, and other IT infrastructures
