Job Description
As an IT Analyst Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the field of Information Technology. You will work closely with our experienced IT team to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
- Providing technical support to end-users and resolving hardware and software-related problems.
- Assessing and documenting user requirements and providing recommendations for system improvements.
- Monitoring and ensuring the security and integrity of data and IT systems.
- Assisting in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Some basic knowledge of networking, programming, and system administration would be an advantage.
