Job Description
LanceSoft Philippines Limited, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated IT Analyst to drive operational efficiency within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing business processes, conducting user acceptance testing, and working closely with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Technology, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage. This position is full-time and office-based in Manila, with shifting schedules, including Saturdays.
