Job Description
1. Coordinate with Internal Clients on matters relating to the POS System;
2. Troubleshoot POS System hardware and software issues either physically or online when applicable;
3. Set up POS hardware and software in assigned stores;
4. Pull-out POS hardware from assigned stores; Facilitate POS training for Store Personnel.
5. Upload Store Sales files to SAP;
6. Communicate with Store Personnel to maintain timeliness and accuracy of Store Sales Files for SAP uploading; Coordinate with other departments the status of Store Sales files uploaded to or for uploading to SAP
7. Set up operating system, applications, and other software in computers;
8. Solve IT related issues of internal customers over the phone, messaging apps, online meeting, or face-to-face;
9. Coordinate with MIS Personnel on Daily IT Tickets from Stores;
Close IT tickets within Service Level Agreement duration.
