Job Description
Available Work Schedules: Morning or Night Shift
Available Work Arrangement: Onsite
Job Description:
- Provide phone and email support to small medium business customers around Networking services, Cloud services, and server infrastructure
- Remotely access customers equipment and troubleshoot issues through diagnostic techniques
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Maintain and support backups
Skills and Qualifications:
- MSP experience is beneficial
- Experience in providing phone and remote support directly with customers
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange Server, Terminal Services, and virtualization
- Hardware/peripheral skills such as Printers, networking gear, wireless devices, and laptops
- Microsoft365 and Windows Azure experience
- 18 months in a help desk, desktop, or server support role
- Usage of ticketing systems
- Backup experience with Datto and Shadowprotect preferred but not required
- Experience in supporting infrastructure for various platforms such as Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, MS HyperV, and Remote Desktop Services
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
