JOB SUMMARY: IT Assistant will handle 1st level troubleshooting on the web and applications such as E-Commerce, Web sites, and POS
Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting.
- Must know about hardware and software and maintenance.
- Self-motivated and must be able to work with minimal supervision.
