Job Description
QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of BS Computer Science/ BS Information Technology/ BS Computer Engineering or related field is required.
- Fresh graduate is allowed.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support office internet, landline, and access points.
- Laptop repair and troubleshooting.
- Software installation.
- Responsible for training the user in the proper use of hardware and software.
- Configuration and maintenance of CCTV and biometrics.
- Support E-mails and other FH applications.
- Security of all IT peripherals.
- Inventory of all IT assets.
- Provides maintenance and configuration of all IT peripherals such as printers and scanners.
- Monitor the inventory of all IT peripherals.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
