Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for providing IT assistance, system problem resolution, and supporting POS users.
- Respond to and resolve system issues
- Implement Store IT projects
- Support Store Operations and Distribution Center
- Ensure system performance and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
- Knowledge in POS machine troubleshooting
- Retail background is a plus
- Customer service oriented
- Willingness to travel
- Fresh graduates welcome
Location: Davao City and vicinity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, promotion opportunities
Schedule: 8-hour shift, shift system
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Travel: 75% required
