Job Description
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
A. Education
College degree in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
· Proficient knowledge in computer hardware, software systems, programs, networks, network administration and installation
· Knowledge of email, internet programs, computer viruses, security and troubleshooting
· Excellent monitoring, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills
· Above average oral and written communication, interpersonal and client orientation skills
