Job Description
RESPONSIBLE FOR EFFECTIVE PROVISIONING, INSTALLATION/CONFIGURATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SYSTEMS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE AND RELATED INFRASTRUCTURE. ENSURE THAT SYSTEM HARDWARE, OPERATING SYSTEMS, SOFTWARE SYSTEMS AND RELATED PROCEDURES ADHERE TO ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES, ENABLING STAFF AND PARTNERS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing networks and computer systems.
- Maintaining, repairing, and upgrading network and computer systems.
- Diagnosing and fixing problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software, and systems.
- Monitoring network and systems to improve performance.
