Job Description
Website Maintenance
- Analyzing technical problems and identifying computer requirements to solve those problems with appropriate IT solutions.
- Providing technical support on-site or remote access
- Tracking and managing work records
- Updates products and pertinent information.
- Troubleshoots errors problem/ encountered.
Network Management and Technical Support
- Ensures servers are backed-up and fully functional.
- Facilitates installation of necessary upgrades.
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
- Providing technical support on-site or remote access
- Compiling Job Reports
Job Type: Full-time
